NEW MUSIC: The Vibrant Ezra Collective Share New Downtempo Rhythm Alongside UK Hip Hop Star, Loyle Carner


At the forefront of Jazz’s evolution in the UK, are the energetic and dynamic five-piece band, Ezra Collective. Building on the success of their second album,  ‘Juan Pablo: Philosopher’, which showcased their talent for fusing influences from afrobeats through to Hip Hop and Soul, all the while, keeping jazz at the core of their sound.

The Ezra Collective’s sensational rise to popularity since their last album in 2018, has seen them tour many areas in Europe and America, From Paris, and Madrid to LA and New York.

Their latest release titled ‘What Am I To Do’ features lyrics from none other than Tooting born UK Hip Hop star, Loyle Carner.

Dylan Jones and James Mollison on the wind instruments effortlessly melt over Femi’s drums, which allow for Loyle Carner’s hard hitting lyrics to cut through over the group’s downtempo rhythm.
